Just went biking.

Today I went biking, which I do alot these days. I do it, because the weather is great, I have music from my mp3 and a great landscape around. So I love biking, and I do 20 km a day. Some days, I try to performe, to see how fast I can finish my route, and some days, I just do it for the exercise. I like to do some kind of activity every day, so that i burn some of those damn calories. Not that I am fat or overweight at all, but I like to eat good food and candy, so I have to do a little every day. Ofcourse I rest ones in a while, but not a week at a time.
What about you? Do you exercise, and how do you do it? Or why don't you do it?
